Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating our products so please follow the below instructions to help us help you!
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us as soon as possible (within 3 business days of receiving) if the item you received is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you a solution.
For other returns, exchanges or issues, please email us within 14 days from the delivery date.
Contacting us out of this time frame may result in us not being able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

- Full Name
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Explanation of the defect and/or reason for return
Please include high quality phots or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request.
Please email us if you have questions in regards to exchanging an item due to change of mind and we can discuss options available to you.
We ask that you read our Jewellery Care page to ensure you take the best care of your items, as we may not be able to issue any form of refund if an item is damaged due to not being taken care of in the correct way.
